American Legion | Charles McGee Byrd Post 120

The history of the Honor Guard Rifle Team, founded by John Edward Palmer Jr. past South Carolina State Commander and Allen Palmer's brother who was also a member for many years is an interesting one that needs to be told.

American Legion | Post 120 Honor Guard

The American Legion, Charles McGee Byrd Post 120 and Seneca South Carolina founded this Honor Guard Rifle Team in honor of their fallen brother veterans. Both John Edward Palmer Jr., state commander for SC and Allen Palmer who served as well with the team before he became post president here at home too!

Cherokee Bear Clan | 2009 Earth Day Celebration

Chief James Walking Bear Nichols and Vice Chief Scott Phillips of the Cherokee Bear Clan joined with others to support the 2009 Earth Day Celebration in Seneca, South Carolina. This video tells the story of that special day, when the Tribe interacted with visitors through song, dance, stories, art and Native American products. The Clan was well liked in the community by adults and children. We hope you enjoy this video as much as we enjoyed making it!

9/11 Memorial | Seneca, SC

Allen Palmer Videos is proud to present footage from the Seneca, SC Memorial honoring those lost on September 11, 2001. The memorial included speakers Lindsey Graham and John Edward Palmer Jr., as well as a color guard from Seneca High School ROTC. 

Lewis G. Watkins Medal of Honor Ceremony

Lewis G. Watkins, a U.S. Marine Staff Sergeant who received the Medal of Honor for his actions in the Korean War, had his medals donated to the Oconee Military Museum at Patriots Hall in Walhalla, SC on October 7, 2005.

First Annual Live Nativity | American Legion South Carolina

This was first live Nativity scene in Seneca, SC and it is sponsored by the Charles McGee Byrd American Legion Post 120. It took place at Gignilliat Field on December 14th, 2019.
